We do all the setup work, coordinating with you to make sure everything is correct. Rates, cleaning and other fees. With your permission, we can copy data and photos from you website or advertising. We post it online for you to approve and we are off and running after bookings for you.

No credit card fees.

The banks may hate it, but we charge guests a small Reservation fee to offset the cost of accepting credit cards. So there is no cost to you.

You choose the commission rate

A long-term contact is absolutely not required. But a longer relationship allows us to invest more heavily in advertising your property. Or start month-to-month to see how you like it. (We promise you will) and then take a longer contract to lower the commission.

Commission on rentals we book

Guest sign a contract for every booking. We can levy every fee just as you do - for cleaning, pets, late checkouts, etc. Orders are forwarded to you for approval. We collect payment and remit it to you quickly after guest departure.

    • Advertising: Get your property listed on hundreds of websites with no up-front cost. You pay a commission only when we produce a booking.

    • Calendars: You can logon to our system to update rates and dates. Or have us synch to your calendar for just $1 per day.

    • Photography: When we create custom web optimized HDR photos of your property, you can license a copy for half price.

    • After Hours:Have us answer your reservation phone after hours (Or when you go on vacation) for just $1 per day plus any commissions we earn.
